Happy New Year! Holidays brought lots of goodies... irresistible delicacies... chocolate morsels, cookies, cake, cocktails, etc.... one gathering after the next! Unfortunately, brought back about 4 pounds of weight... so! I need to kick into gear on keeping calories down and working out! Pray everyone had an enjoyable holiday and have a happy 2020! Remember the weight loss goal we all have; is to feel better, and be healthier.. but ... WE WILL ALSO LOOK BETTER TOO! :)
