Yea I went off course for two days. I found myself introducing sugar back in. Not a good thing for me. Blew me right up.
yesterday I was back on track. It seems like the closer I get to my goal, the demons in y head start talking. I got to become stern with myself agsin. I don't want to blow up all the hard work I've done. Yesterday, I made myself walk around the complex. 14 minutes and I made my 5000 steps for the day.
You all keep me honest and motivated. Thank you so much people.
