SHEEZ.. taking forever to drop out of the 160's.. 7 days left and I will be in ph3 offically... Im looking forward to .. the food changes.. but afraid of trying to stablize.. Im sure Il be posting .. meanwhile.. one week to go!

You've done great Katt!!Phase 3 is a cinch as long as you continue to stay away from the carbs. You will have to calculate your RDI and stay at least above 1500 in calories so it may be helpful to continue posting what you eat at least for a while. Almost there Girl!! :D Ellie

With one more week left you'll make it out of the 160's nooo problem. ;0) I start P3 in three days and I'm so afraid I'm gonna mess up. I wish P3 came with a increase calorie diet plan. I know they have recipes but not a plan like P2..ya know.

Thank you Ellie and Mandy.. your encouragement is ALWAYS.. so nice to recieve... I will be logging .. everything I eat even in Ph 3 .. I think it will be a must... for me to keep track of carbs and sugars and RDI... WOO HOO!! I cant believe Id ever be this size again in my life.. this diet has been a dream come true for me... Ill be here Recording and watching my friends reach their goals too!! =D Kat~
