I did pretty good yesterday food wise, except for lunch. I have one cheat meal a week, and yesterday was it. Chicken enchiladas, refried beans, and spanish rice. Since it was my cheat for the week, I made sure to take the time to savor each bite. I didn't even finish the whole meal, I stopped when I was satisfied. Breakfast was a yogurt and some grapes. We have a few grapevines in our yard, and the grapes this year are very sweet, and we got to them before the birds!

Our garden has been producing a major amount of food this year! Artichokes, Eggplant, Zucchini, Tomatoes, Bell Peppers, tons of fresh produce! And then we have the grapevines, lemon trees, apple trees, peach tree, apricot tree, orange trees...

I only went for a short walk yesterday. I wasn't feeling well, but I made a commitment with Livelifefully to workout, so my husband and I went for 2 miles. We'll get a better walk in this evening.

Great job...good to have a plan....takng a nice walk even for a few minutes with ur husband after dinner is a great thought...helps to digest the food quicker as well....try to have an earlier dinner and dont go to sleep right after dinner thats why the walk is good. good luckkkkkkkkkk
