Progresso sells "light" soups under 200 calories in a large can. My new diet two cans per day and a lean cuisine, supplemented by non fat greek yogurt when hungry, add in walking twice around my complex.

bought sexy nighty for self, wrapped it as gift for hubby and will tell him XMas morning that I will model it for him when I lose 15 lbs - how's that for motivation?!
