Haven't journaled in many days -- but only because I'm working like a dog at a new job. My diet is still on track. If anyone's wondering -- low glycemic requires a bit more thought and a little creativity, but it's really true: You lose your cravings and you don't get hungry except at meal times. The problem with the job is I don't have as much time to walk, so I have to gradually adjust my schedule to make sure I have time in the a.m. to take a brisk walk before I have to get going. I think it's about time I found a good scale and weighed in to really see if this is working. My clothes are big on me...and I'm wearing some things that I couldn't fit into a few months ago, so I must be losing. But there's no point in getting anxious about it. It's going to take two years to take it all off, so I might as well settle into a routine, regardless of what it says on the scale.
