My sugar was up today to 154. I had a ham sandwich and a banana sandwich last night after class. No cokes, nothing sweet. I did however get 3 bottles of water in yesterday for a total of 68.1 ounces of water. So I'll just keep plugging along. I am, however, down a whole pound today. YaY!
