급작스러운 체중 증가의 원인을 찾았다
문제는 생리. 82일간 하지 않던 생리를 시작했고
몸의 호르몬들이 제자리를 찾아가나보다
180.8 lb Lost so far: 26.7 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
