day 1- drank alot of water... did good on my carb intake. ate veggies.. and did some excerise..my day was pretty good just want to stay focus and keep motivated so i can lose some weight

excerise consist of:
stretching 10 min
airwalker-5 min.
situps-20
pushups-20
lunges-20 each leg
legs lifts-20 each leg
