Good Morning FS Friends! Today is going to be the start of wonderful day. I'm done with my week long naughtiness and I'm ready to jump back on the horse!
Today I am going to commit to the following:
1. Eat 19 points. 2. Drink 2 mugs of liquid. 3. No eating after 7 PM. 4. Walking around work 4x's. 5. 5 servings fruit/veggies. 6. Take Alli and Prenatal pills.
I am so close to my goal that I can taste it. I WILL NOT let food come between myself and my happiness. I CAN DO IT ~ I WILL DO IT!
