Went to Applebees last night with Shan, was so proud of myself for sticking to plan. I looked up Applebees nutrition info. online before I went and already knew what I would be having. I ordered the 7 oz Sirloin and instead of their seasoned veggies (which does have carrots), I asked for broccoli with cheese. MAN! Talk about a great dinner. Shan ordered Spinach Artichoke Dip, I enjoyed two tablespoons of dip, with no chips, and was satisfied. Water to drink. I left, for the very first time, completely satisfied and not stuffed. Woke up this morning 2 lbs lighter. I've now lost 8 lbs in one week.

I can really do this.

That is awesome!! It's great when the restaurant you're going to has their nutrition info online, so you can cheat and already have your order planned before you go. You are doing great!!
