hollipop's Journal, 27 March 2013

Made it to the gym twice yesterday for a total time of 50 minutes on the treadmill. I ate pretty good yesterday, and have lost the pound I gained over the weekend, so I'm back to my low. Hoping tomorrow will yield a new number.
Finished my bottle of gummy vitamins Monday, so I picked up a bottle of Alive vitamins. I was taking these before a really noticed a difference in my energy level when I quit taking them, so I'm going back to them and hoping my energy increases again.
Across the aisle from the vitamins were the diet products, and I couldn't help but look. Ended up buying a pack of Slim Fast cappuccinos. I drank slim fast for breakfast alot when I was first dieting last year and it works to curb cravings. Will try it again as I'm getting bored with my current breakfast options.
My friend's little girl came home yesterday so I'm excited about that! Meeting some other ladies at church this evening to make Easter baskets for my Sunday School kids. Hoping I won't end up trying the candy we are stuffing in the eggs!

Congrats on the weightloss! Did you go to school for billing? Is that medical billing and coding?

I have an associate's degree in University Studies, but it wasn't required for my job. I do medical billing at a nursing home, among other things. Pretty much what they need done, I do it, lol!
