well I go for my weigh in tomorrow. I hope all goes well considering it was thanksgiving this weekend. I ate a lot but I am just hoping not too much. I have decided to also include each week my measurements along with my weight loss. I think it is important to keep a record of inches lost as well considering it is the inches that matter more then the weight.
