Blood sugar this morning at 6:30am was 124. Took Janumet and 1/2 Amaryl. For breakfast had bacon, egg & cheese biscut. Now drinking a cup of coffee, saving OJ for later today. About halfway through my first of 4 bottles of water today, going to try for 5 bottles, but we'll see. Plan to have Sushi today, though not as much as yesterday 'cause I was entirely too full yesterday after lunch. Also have some fruit chips here from The Fresh Market to snack on today.
Lunch from 11:30 - 12:30. BG at 3:50pm 87.
