This weekend I'm having issues with food. I've eaten, what I feel, is way too much. Friday and Saturday were spent over indulging. I'm hoping I can get myself back on track tomorrow (Sunday). If I watch what I'm doing I can keep my average daily RDI at 1500 where I want it. I got this, I hope.

I'm trying. Not eating the best today but nowhere near as bad as Friday and Saturday. I think I need to rely more on myself. When my boyfriend is watching what he eats (which he doesn't need to do) I'm fine but when he is going food crazy I find it VERY difficult to resist temptations.
