I am up 1lb this week which is not too bad, could be A LOT worse. I haven't been exercising as much as much as I should be, but I hope to get back on that next week. I need to continue watching what I eat and continue with my exercise regiment. I know that I can't lose weight living my old lifestyle. I need to change it up if I want to see results. I also need to stop sabotaging myself and not slack off when I am doing good. Just because I had a good week, doesn't mean I can start eating anything I want. I need to be more disciplined and fast!
