It's TGIF, I just had a good workout, and feeling pretty good. I ate a new cereal this morning Energy Optimizer, man it was good and had 11 grams of fiber, it seemed to stay with me longer than Cheerios. For lunch I just had a 2 slices of 100% whole wheat bread and a bowl of the free cabbage soup, I did add a few drops of hot sauce, man that really spiced it up good, not bad. I plan on working hard this weekend not to go up a few pounds because I'm starting to feel like a dog chasing his tail, and I'm getting dizzy, hahaha.

You are workin it girl! Keep up this attitude and you'll speed right through your weight loss. You seem to be so much happier now too! Less stress will help you to lose too so good for you! :)

Thanks you two, I am motivated, more now than I've ever been. There's also two other women where I work and one guy on weight watchers too, that that gives me some people to chat with too.
