It's TGIF, I just had a good workout, and feeling pretty good. I ate a new cereal this morning Energy Optimizer, man it was good and had 11 grams of fiber, it seemed to stay with me longer than Cheerios. For lunch I just had a 2 slices of 100% whole wheat bread and a bowl of the free cabbage soup, I did add a few drops of hot sauce, man that really spiced it up good, not bad. I plan on working hard this weekend not to go up a few pounds because I'm starting to feel like a dog chasing his tail, and I'm getting dizzy, hahaha.
