Sedang berusaha mengikuti patokan persentase makro karbo 30 protein 35 lemak 35 (jadi karbonya lebih rendah)... Kendala selama ini: karbo pas, lemak berlebihan, protein kurang. Kira2 sumber protein yg rendah lemak apa ya? Selama ini aku makan telur dan ayam, lemaknya selalu melebihi proteinnya...
