End of 1 week restart. I'm up a bit from my lowest, but can't argue with the end of week loss - down 14.2lbs!!!
lots of walking yesterday, did not eat on plan!! Considering the stress of the last couple of days....I managed it very well!! Happy with my week.
Also, started coaching my brother's family yesterday!! They are eager to feel better and get their lives back.
169.4 lb Lost so far: 227.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
