Ended September at 155#
Losses have slowed a bit. Tried reducing my calorie to 1500. Came in pretty close on average for the month. Really wanted to increase those activities. Some days I did well, but overall did not hit my target. Time to try again!
2 weeks until my birthday. Would LOVE to lose that 10# that put me in the 'overweight' category. Realistically, I might hit that by end of month at best. Still going to keep on track here.
Ultimately I need to get to that 'healthy' weight minus a few buffer pounds before the holidays.
So, I will celebrate my loss so far and keep it going to I get it all off. Pre-pregnancy weight was 147-152....very close.
