Okay, I'm back at 188 today, I slipped to 191 Monday for some reason (I thinks it's called the weekend )I'm not doing that this weekend. I feel great, and I think I'll do the grocering today instead of workout so I can Always have the supplies on hand to complete my goal. The exercise is really helping my joints believe it or not. Hope everyone else is doing good.

You are doing good and the exercise is good for you. Just work at your own pace... having what you need on hand is a good idea too, it will keep you from having one of those "insane moments" when hunger strikes and your NOT prepared. You're on the right track, keep it up!!!
