Went to a new BBQ place in town and did a WONDERFUL job! I got a grilled chicken salad and made it bunless. For my side, I chose a garden salad and took off the croutons! I did have 2 bites of jello and 9 peanuts, but I felt I deserved those for doing soo good. I did also dip my chicken in some sauce, but again, I'm sure that was better than eating that big 'ol buttery bun! Yay me!

My co-workers just said that I am looking really skinny and I shouldn't try to lose any more weight. I told them thank you and said that I'd like to lose at least 9 more lbs and they looked at me like I was crazy and said I would disappear. I do look good and I am happy that I look good, but when I put certain outfits on I still have a little bit of belly hanging over. It's not my imagination, it's really there in the mirror in front of me. Once I hit my goal I will maintain. But I know that for my heighth 5'2 ... 109 is still healthy. Question is ... does my body feel the same way ... hmmmmm

Go for the toning try some hand weights sitting down and lifting that seems to tighten stomach muscles worth a try...i'm sure you look great I can't imagine you not ,have a awesome weekend ...

109 can look great on 5'2" if it's all muscle - but, that involves a LOT of hard work and time :-) I get the same comments all the time at 5'0" and 105 (as of today) and co-workers are starting to call me anorexic but I'm honestly nowhere near that. I feel good and I have a lot of energy. Congrats on all of your healthy choices - you have a lot to be proud of!

Thanks Kely! I don't even care if it's all muscle ... I just want to step on the scale and it to say 109! Hahah People just think that because we are eating healthy, we are dieting. They need to understand that if we even try to start eating what we want ... you will notice it on our bodies in a weekend! We don't have a lot of areas for the weight to go, so it's very noticeable when we gain ...
