have been exercising more and keeping up the water but...have also had a sweet tooth and eaten a pkt of choc bisc ova last couple of days,so goal for this week is to stay on track and dust off my exercise dvds as well as keeping up with treadmill and strength exercises so here goes am determined to have a loss next weigh in!!
