Got home from my trip to the coast yesterday around noon. When it's time to leave, I leave early and had seen it was supposed to get hot (high 90's) yesterday and wanted to get home before the heat. Weighed myself when I got home and was up a couple pounds which isn't surprising. I don't follow a diet when I'm away from home. It's difficult, there's a tiny refrigerator in the motel room but I brought a couple of meals in frozen in small pyrex dishes. When I need to get food it's easier to run out to the burger place or deli that are really close to the motel than to go to the grocery store with the dog in the car and look around for a pre made salad or something. Plus, I love the local burger place and the deli! Posting a picture I took from the trail along the bluffs looking back over the beach with my motel in the background.
