recently been sticking to healthier options and smaller portions and hoping this small change is sticking. my goal is 95 for december, it’s not much but it will be a challenge.
97.9 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 17.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
