I’m not changing the weight because the scale can’t make up its mind. Usually I add a weight when I get 2 or 3 days with the same number. This last week I’ve seen 146, 142.8, 143, 144.?, 144. I’ll add 143 on Tuesday if I get one more weigh in with that number. Otherwise I’ll just wait until next week.
