Whoo Hoo I lost another 2lbs. Praise God. Beginning today whether I feel like it or not I am going to exercise at least 5 days a week. Before I invest in the Wii fit I am going to start walking again and doing my Body and Soul Aerobics DVD. I am going to start by following the low impact instructions. When I walk I am going to walk slow and build up. It is time for me to get moving. I am glad that the Lord guided me into first getting my eating under control. My RDI is comfortable as I am averaging about 1600 calories. By exercising I am hopeful that my weightloss will steadily decrease and if not on the scales then in inches. With God all things are possible. This Fat Secret Website is truly a gift from God. Being able to see what I eat and plan my meals is what I needed. I am going to let patience have her perfect work as I continue to sow to the Spirit and not to the flesh. Thank you Jesus for strengthening me.
