Not even going to record my weight for today and probably won't for tomorrow either. Have sort of been on leave from the diet. Great Grandson spent the night and I fixed what he wanted for dinner. It was a tuna, egg and cheese melt on a kaiser bun. Then for dessert we had strawberry shortcake. Need I say more. Worse yet we had a picnic today as I took him to a historic Fort in the area for his 10th birthday present. I made subs. I only ate half for lunch and the roll was 210 calories however, I will have the other half for dinner. Plus I made too much whipped cream last night so need to figure what to eat that with so it doesn't spoil. That's my story and I am sticking to it.
