I went to a concert last night, and succumbed to my usual ice-cream at half time, which was OK at the time, but then at 10 PM at the function afterwards a friend kindly presented me with a glass of white wine. Well, it would have been rude to refuse it...
So once again, I'm over my RDI.
In fact I've only stayed within my RDI for 3 of the 8 days I've been recording my diet.
That tells me something, doesn't it!
The good news is that I was able to keep one of my coat buttons done up throughout the evening, which I was not able to do previously. Thank you fatsecret, for the little bit of progress I've made.
