Proud of myself! A good gym session, 77lbs deadlift. I tried 90 just to test and I failed. Predictable tho, work in progress. 44lbs deadlift/inversed row, which is not bad at all. I like it because it makes work literally everything.
It's a challenge to eat properly when you don't cook yourself. A picture of my day, knowing avocado & red fish are in my top 3 (bacon is just behind!). First picture: smoked trout, gaspacho, avocado, radish, cottage cheese (oh my... sweet London times almost 25 years ago). No I didn't have all of this! Then raw salmon+avocado+soy+wasabi. LOOOVE!
