Strength training rutin fokus di ekstremitas bawah, di selingi latihan cardio bila perlu. yg paling penting kalori harus defisit supaya cadangan lemak dibongkar dan diolah jd energi/kalori. dan tentunya, asupan lemak dipangkas supaya yg sudah dibongkar tdk sia2.
