Well I didn't yield to having an ice-cream, despite buying them for my grandchildren, tempted though I was to include one for myself.
But who would have guessed that my Risotto dinner out at the theatre would have yielded SO MANY calories when I entered it into my Diet Diary via my iPhone at the restaurant!
Damn!!!
And it wasn't even a good risotto - very gluggly, so I left a lot of the rice. But maybe that's a sign that my stomach is shrinking a bit - that I COULD leave it on the plate.
So maybe not all bad news for today?
