So I started the day attending a Strong by Zumba class, then I taught an entire Piloxing class demo, then stayed for Zumba Toning, then went back for another round of Zumba Toning at noon, then....went to another Zumba class at 5:15....and ended the day teaching another start to finish Piloxing class demo. I think, I'm sure I'm ready to launch my Piloxing class on Monday!
