i had a good sb diet food day ,1000 kcals, walked for an hour in the morning and I felt full of energy the rest of the day! I am now getting the leftover corn on the cobs from my children placed in front of my computer. Gosh they smell good and are tempting. I hate to throw food away but I will do that now so I won't be tempted to eat them later... AM I the only one tossing food away??

No, you are not alone. I am *trying* hard to cultivate the habit of always leaving a little of something on my plate (like one kernel of corn maybe ;-) ). Great job at 1000 calories Nacho, you are doing great and the chart reflects it. Keep it up!

Great, Nacho! Don't eat the corn. Save the corn for the kids! I went through and threw out some sauces laden with sugar, we didn't need them anyway.
Your food journal looks really good for yesterday. You could still add something like zuchinni or green beans, but on the whole it looks great.

i went through the house and removed everything that had any sugar or soy in it...i went from having about 6 month of food in storage to having to go to the store to fix a dinner...i gave away 14 grocery bags full of food...in the beginning i could not have anything in the house...i went through serious withdrawls...do what is necessary for you to succeed...
