I’ve been dieting and into fitness for decades but never before, until I found this app, and it’s ability to count calories and give me feedback on hitting my big three(30-fat 30-protein 40-carbs) each day has my body responded so well.

It really is science. Calories in must NOT exceed calories used. IN THAT IS THE KEY TO WEIGHTLOSS. Not KeTo, not fat free, not fasting, not anything. Calories must be tracked to the very last one.

Love this app! Nothing goes into my mouth until it goes into this app first! THe naysayers are coming out in droves to. Don’t care!
