so I am a little bit grumpy with my weight gain. I think it has more to do with ,e being bloated because that time of the month is just around the corner. It sucks because I just started this new weight loss group and I feel like I am failing them. I just hope that next week gets better.
I have been going to the gym as often as possible. Since I work some nights, it is really hard to find time to go. I guess I can do some walking on the days I work on my lunch break. I need to get some more exercise if I am going to make this work. I also need to stop eating so much junk food.

Thought I would add my measurements.

waist:32.5

Most people gain that time of the month. If you are staying on plan, it will go away. Drink extra water. Not much we can do about the bloat. I just expect a gain at that time and deal with it. Good luck!

I agree that the scales definitely usually hike with time of the month. So you are by no means failing... just ignore the numbers on the scales for the time being and I'm sure they'll be down again shortly. ;o)
