Stuck at 212, but I remain satisfied and for the same reason. I'm adding muscle and getting in far better shape. I've lost 2.5 inches off my waist now, and today I did fifteen pull-ups and ran four miles no problem. Once my muscle gains stabilize, I'm thinking I'll burn fat all that much faster.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
