Hey guys its me and I need some help. My AUnt FLow must be coming cause I am crazily craving sugar and salt. Aghhhhhh I despretly want something crunchy. I have a good mind to cheat but with the scale finally moving down I don't want to. Without this place I don't think I would be doing well. Cant wait to see if I will make my goal someday. Thanks for everything.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I like the sugar-free lifesavers. They taste just like normal lifesavers and give me that sugar fix. As for salt, when I'm having that craving I eat salted peanuts in the shell. Less salt than the shelled, salted kind and kinda crunchy too! Hang in there, at least it isn't a chocolate or ice cream craving! :)

I just went through this. What really helped me are those Canfeld Fudge diet sodas. They taste just like chocolate soda and have no sugar or calories. Hang in there, it will be over in a few days!!

Try the sugar free pudding, celery with p.b or cream cheese or nuts it will help

Thanks guys I will try those ideas. I dont think I have ever seen the fudge soda but will look for it.

You might want to try the new diet at oparh.com its alot like the south beach diet. Its bob greene's bestlife and it lets you have more things to eat. The right stuff. I am going to change to it after this week. I will give it a try anyway. Maybe it will work.
