I have done alot of fashion diets between my 18-th and 30-th (I am now 42) and then I stopped dieting. Just eating healthy and eating less when the scales would go up . (Weighing myself everyday). Just recently I stopped weighing myself and hid the scales beacuse I thought it was a bad example for my daughter now 4 years beacause she is already talking about "fat people" . Don't want her to grow up thinking it is such a big deal . But because I did not weigh myself anymore I suddenly started eating more and more snacks (chips, beers,wine, choclate eastereggs )- all after dinner after a healthy day ). I am happy that , with this phase one, I got out of that bad routine. Good inspiration this website with all the recipies. I will start making them when my husband comes back in 10 days. ( Thats is why it is easy to eat less now.. he is not here! )
