Must say that I am not hungry with this diet and always an option to put something in my mouth when I open the fridge when I feel I need a boost . slice of turkey, olive, celery stick , stringcheese , jello
I cheat TREAt every day with a caffinated 2 % Latte
miss chips/pretsels but tell myself that LATER I may have them again at some point
drinking lots of lapsang souchon thee ! Making a pot every time I come home
