Yesterday a childhood friend left this earth. Triggered some emotional eating. But I have continued to exercise.

Too many deaths here lately. I know it hurts. Hope it gets better for you. I think you are really doing well with the exercise. I think it helps to keep going and keep our bodies moving even when we hurt inside and physically.
