I'm back from my trip and I feel like I have let myself and everyone else down because I ended up bingeing. I got bored with eating the insides out of sandwiches and I made the decision to eat junk then it was hard to stop. I ended up gaining 4.6 lbs. in 6 days. I have managed to lose that and more since I have been back and on my food plan again but I was just lucky. I have been having cravings but today was a lot better. I have no excuse for what I did. I just realized I had decided ahead of time that I probably couldn't stay on my food plan so it was easy to decide to go off it. I was prepared to fail instead of prepared to stay on my plan no matter what I needed to do. The food wasn't worth the weight gain. I felt sick from the sugar and had to take my diabetic meds once. I would have gained more but I was walking constantly. I am doing fine now that I am home. I am back in my routine and everything is so much easier. Eating junk made me feel sick and I had to take my diabetic meds once. The lesson I learned from this is that I need to be prepared to succeed in unusual situations not prepared to fail. And going off my food plan is a lot worse than being bored.

Hey girl! Glad you're back! Don't beat yourself up. You went off plan,but,now you're back on. It's all good! You're on the right track and all will be great!!! Leave the past in the past and move on into the future!

Welcome back!!! I was wondering why I didn't see you on the boards anymore :) Glad you had a great trip and are back with us. That is the true test... getting back on the wagon. AND YOU DID IT! Now you can look forward.

I was wondering the same thing Andrea,have missed seeing your postings I agree its worse going off food plan then being bored.But at least you came back knew why and what happen so girlfriend good for you.Your success is peeking thru,look how much you have lost so far,very proud of you
