Ughhh back to the drawing board. So much for trying to lose weight eating 1500 calories. I guess Im back to atkins-style induction..but a bit stricter on the carb count as long as I have no cravings.
Sometimes I get that week of craving and hunger making low carb unbearable. I thought I had it all under control, but I keep messing up! I cant keep my seratonin levels from dropping during my TOM like I thought I could. If I can keep them elevated, then my ravenous appetite for carbs might stop...
Anyhow, day 1 induction I ate about 10 net carbs. Ill weigh in this weekend.

How were you trying to keep them elevated? Just curious. Good luck on re-induction. Join the club!

Well, then easiest way is to eat carbs hahaha! I know Ive posted about this before though. Its not just for binge-control that Im looking to increase my serotonin...after I turned 30, my irritability in general has been on the increase. I am in no way an irritable person..but I get these irritable moments where I could smash a glass against the wall! I think my kids have led me to it! So, I figure it is a seratonin issue..and Im not depressed or anxious, so Im not going to take an SSRI for it...I suppose I COULD exercise to increase it...I dont know..Im going to read up on it again.
