Yay! Made it to One-derland! I have been sticking with the keto plan. I've been staying under 50 gm carbs, which for me is excellent. It's amazing to me how my appetite has been squelched on keto. Carbs surely trigger the munchies. The only carb I have genuinely missed is my morning bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios. I've been trying to get my sleep, drink plenty of water and doing my walk/jog each day. Soldier on and see what comes.
