I am switching from south beach to WW tomarrow.. I am having a hard time understanding phase 2 of SB and need to change it up a bit.. I loved SB in the beginng and lost 10 lbs with it, but now with the last 10-15 I would like to lose I think Weight Watchers will work..! SO good luck everyone.. summer is coming!

WW is a good program, but sometimes when you go from a lower carb diet to eating regular foods, you can have a gain. You might try adding the carbs in slowly and see how you do. Good luck!
