Day 2 of cabbage soup diet.

My body (or mind) is craving meats and sweets. Yesterdays fruit and soup binge went ok, but so far today soup and a bag of baby carrots isn't satiating me :(
220.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've tried a similar diet in the past (All you can eat vegetable soup with various limited food items on the side), and they tend to work rather well. I did notice the same problem that you're mentioning here, though, that the body starts to crave meat. Make sure you're budgeting in at least a little meat each week into your diet to compensate for that.
