I've been off the rails for a number of months. Not ready to step on the scale, but will start tracking food again. I wish I could control myself better. :(

Diet Calendar Entry for 29 April 2019:
1814 kcal Fat: 76.96g | Prot: 78.80g | Carb: 210.35g.   Breakfast: Skim or Nonfat Milk (0.5% or Less Butterfat), Cream of Wheat Chocolate Instant Hot Cereal. Lunch: Merkts Sharp Cheddar Cheese Spread, Kraft Wheat Thins Reduced Fat, Soft Taco with Beef, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Salsa. Dinner: Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Breast with Skin, Black Beans (Canned), Cooked Green Peppers and Onions (Fat Added in Cooking), Pineapple, Baba Ghanoush, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Anthony's Pepperoni Pizza. Snacks/Other: Sargento Light Mozzarella String Cheese, Tillamook Coffee Almond Fudge Ice Cream, Cream Cheese Spread, Kraft Chicken in A Biskit, Hershey's Milk Chocolate Kisses (1), Snickers Snickers Bar (Fun Size), Brach's Star Brites Peppermint, Tootsie Roll Tootsie Roll (Midgees). more...
