Yesterday it was the last day of my 4 days end of the year bash.
Time to get back on the wagon, eat right, stop drinking and quit smoking again.

Thanks man, I was doing good, two weeks cigarrete free, then you start drinking heavily and smoking just seem like a natural progression.
Had one in the lunch, but that was it, ate very little today and exercised a lot.
