i'm about to finally have breakfast/lunch.. i need to get my big butt to the gym..this is harder every time

Quit skipping meals WOMAN!?! When I get up in the morning I usually eat something right away to get the metabolism (sp?) going. After that I eat every 3-4 hours. YOU DON'T! I've talked to you sevral times and you said that you were JUST NOW EATING at 11 or 12. BAD GIRL! lol Anyway...try it for a week and see how it goes. Even if you just have a shake or an atkins breakfast bar in the morning....it works.

lol i cant help it half the time when i want to sit down and eat my son is going nuts and if i do get food ready he eats my food! what am i supposed to do.. still havent eatin yet.. will just have a shake..

Then get off the computer and EAT! lol. I'll be back on later. Worked thrid shift last night and slept for like 3 hours. Kids are both down for a nap...so I'm taking advantage of the extra sleep too. EAT EAT EAT!?!
