Notice my overarm skin looks firmer this morning. First think autopagy, but then see the arm looks bigger. The new dumbbells must be paying off. Good fun, and it inspired me to go up one notch with dumbbells weight. Now feel I did the right thing with getting adjustable weight dumbbells.
